On behalf of the Trinbago Scout and Guide Fellowship (TSGF), representing the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, it is my distinct pleasure to welcome you as we prepare to host the 4th Western Hemisphere Regional Conference. We are confident that this gathering will foster meaningful connections and leave a lasting, positive impact on our National Fellowship, the Western Hemisphere Region, and the ISGF at large.
